When the treaty was sent to the emergency senate for the people(the current government), they debated, and ultimately decided the treaty was unfair to the Commune of Mallard, and still imprisoned by the chains of capitalism. The Commune of Mallard has declared war on the Artichian Empire once again, this time seeking to get EVERYTHING back, no strings attached. The Artichian Empire isn't in a position to make demands, their empire is crumbling, while the COM is rising. The Volunteer Roman Military (yes, they are volunteers)marches into the Mallerd Protectorate, treating Roman citizens with grace, while kicking out and imprisoning Artichoke soldiers.
