Rule: Same as always. (This isn't very specific, isn't it?) Using the WASD keys can control the volume (after intro); -W and S control the volume, increasing/decreasing volume. -A and D control the volume, muting/unmuting the music. Don't click the screen. It won't matter even if you do it.
