“Windpaw get the backup NOW!” Flickfire called at the young apprentice who then scrambled out to get their allies. “Third group fall in we need some help inside, but whatever you do don’t attack the nursery or elders’ den,” Treestar yowled. Around sunhigh Windpaw showed up with a few Shadowclan cats and Silkfur the loner and his small crew. The loners were just as they had been the last time they trained with Skyclan. Dovesong looked in horror as the cats of her clan and the other clan were fighting, if I weren’t a medicine cat maybe I could do my clan some good and help fight! Dovesong thought to herself as she looked at Smokewing, then whispering something to her apprentice, Ravenpaw as she scampered off. Ravenpaw dashed through the forest, meeting up with a few of her loner friends, Skink, Whiskey, Rascal, and Silky. “I need your help; we need to get backup from Riverclan. Skyclan had gotten loners AND a few from Shadowclan!” The 4 loner apprentice’s nodded. “We will be sure to help!” Silky squeaked, her tiny and curled ears flapping. “I’ll be sure to save you if anything tries to hurt you.” Whiskey said with a smile as he looked lovingly into Ravenpaw’s eyes. The 5 scampered off to the sunningrocks, “Whiskey, you know I’m a medicine cat… I can’t have a mate, plus it’s forbidden for a clan cat to have a mate that is a loner or a kittypet…” Ravenpaw sighed, looking over to Whiskey longingly. “I know… but you can come with us! You can become a loner! And we can have a few kits! You can have a family Raven, if you stay with them then you can’t have a true family.” Ravenpaw nodded, “I’ll talk to Dovesong after the war.” “Hey Silkfur’s crew, loners incoming be on your guard,” Smokewing noted. The battle went until Moonhigh when someone saw the sky, “Full moon” Flickfire commented, upon hearing this the Shadowclan cats backed away and the Thunderclan cats stopped fighting and walked out to the island. Skyclan decided to finally go home after deciding that Thunderclan had gotten what they deserved, “Hey Silkfur we have some extra space and would be happy to welcome you to Skyclan as new warriors,” Treestar explained as they began walking away. “Well, a place to finally settle down might be nice,” Silkfur responded, “We’ll join your clan.”
That night after the gathering the cats of Thunderclan weren’t surprised when they returned to an empty wrecked camp with blood-stained leaves, prey scattered, tufts of fur all around, and herbs everywhere. Skyclan welcomed its newest members with joy and excitement the apprentices set up nests for them, while Jaggedfur and Ravenfoot the medicine cats, checked them for illnesses and ticks. The apprentices cleared out one of the extra caves and made that their den. After the arduous work of all the digging, they gave their old den to Silkfur and his friends. Soon after the war had ended the loner friends of Ravenpaw stumbled upon the hidden away Skyclan camp and were met with some cats that they had known. Friendly to them or not the loners approached. “Who are you and what do you want with Skyclan?” Wildfur questioned. Treestar heard the question and walked out of his den cautiously looking at the loners and asked, “Did you come here on purpose, or stumble upon us and would you like den space?” Ravenpaw looked with a flustered expression of embarrassment, “I- I don’t even know where I am!” Ravenpaw screeched with wide eyes as she looked at the Skyclan leader. “Let’s start simple, who are you and where are you from?” Treestar asked the young cat calmly. “I’m Ravenpaw, and these are Skink, Whiskey, Rascal, and Silky my friends,” Ravenpaw answered. Ravenpaw gulped, with a much calmer tone and expression. “I come from Thunderclan although I left there a few days ago,” Ravenpaw stated calmly answering Treestar’s question. “Very well,” Treestar said, looking at the 5. “Well, why are you here?” Whiskey stepped out and sat beside Ravenpaw, curling his tail around her. “We come in search for a new home!” he exclaimed. Ravenpaw paused, “I still haven’t talked to Dovesong yet to tell her!” Ravenpaw hissed, “Shhhhh, make your own decisions.” Whiskey said, putting his tail lightly around her mouth, giving her a smile. Smokewing stepped out of the warriors' den upon hearing Dovesong’s name, “Dovesong?!?! Where tell me now,” Smokewing growled slowly pacing towards the 5 young apprentices. “D-Dovesong’s my mentor…” Ravenpaw gulped, flatting her ears while her tail puffed up. Whiskey and the other loners began to be a bit hostile, baring their teeth and growling. Whiskey backed up and whispered something into Silky’s ear, she nodded and then got into a small formation, Ravenpaw sitting a few paces in front. Lilacflower paced down towards her mother and asked, “What is it today that is a problem?” “Them, these apprentices are the problem,” Smokewing responded while she prepared to fight them. “I’M NOT SIDING WITH DOVESONG!” Ravenpaw yelped, getting up with a face of anger instead of her past face of scaredness. “You have no right to make assumptions about who I said with!” Ravenpaw hissed, her ocean blue eyes glaring into Smokewings’s Amber eyes like back when Dovesong was a kit and Smokewing was an apprentice. “You look just like Dovesong when you stare me down, did you know that? I also never said you were siding with Dovesong that was not even implied, I have many problems with Dovesong,” Smokewing told the apprentice before calling, “Ravenfoot, Ambertassel, get down here!” The two medicine cats leapt down the cliffsides to see the five apprentice size cats and Ravenfoot asked, “Who are you and what is the problem? I’m Ravenfoot here to provide help with Ambertassel.” “Well, I’m Ravenpaw, and these are Skink, Whiskey, Rascal, and Silky my friends, we are looking for a new home and seem to have stumbled upon your camp,” Ravenpaw responded in a clear tone. Ravenfoot sniffed, looking down at the cats, “You smell of herbs and Thunderclan young Ravenpaw.”
