Looey will introduce himself and wait for you to either feed him cheese puffs, let him drink water, or give him head pats. Drag the cheese puffs to Looey to feed him and put your hand cursor over his head to give him pats! Click the clown horn and he will go ">w<" when the horn makes the noise!
