HELLO CHIDDLERS :D so as u know life can be pretty stressful so today i'm gonna be telling you some of the ways i like to de-stress when i get anxious / stressed out! ok let's get into it! 1. listen to music whether you're listening to rap or lofi, music can be really helpful when you're stressed! i suggest calm songs / ballads like: dream - lisa willow - taylor swift stay a little longer - rosé it also sometimes helps to listen to songs that hype you up :) some of my suggestions are: spot! - zico and jennie lifestyle - lisa cake - itzy 2. read when i'm stressed i like to read my fav books! i personally love romance books, and you can check out my book recs proj for some suggestions (some are romance, some aren't) 3. watch tv it can really help to cozy up on the couch with a nice blanket and some hot cocoa to watch a tv show! don't watch anything that could contribute to the stress, i suggest comedy shows like: sam and cat - netflix the villains of valley view - disney+ nicky ricky dicky and dawn - netflix 4. sing i love singing, so when i sing some of my fav songs it helps me focus on smth that isn't whatever i'm upset about :) some of my fav songs to sing are: that's so true - gracie abrams you're gonna go far - noah kahan love, maybe - babymonster alr that's it! i hope this helped!! cya next time and bye chiddlers :)
