My name is Cosmo (or Ronan!) and I go by he/she pronouns. I’m currently in high school and in two different activities that I enjoy; marching + concert band and stage crew. I heavily enjoy reading, writing, art, listening to music, badminton, etc! I’m always up for a conversation and always try my best to be kind and friendly towards others. ★ Activity levels ★ ❥• Currently, my activity levels are around an 8/10 on scratch and a 9/10 on chaos. I check scratch every day multiple times a day, and the same also goes for chaos. Sometimes school can cause me to not check as frequently, but I will communicate this. That being said, I want to be transparent and honest in this application and explain my activity in the past because I feel it is important to mention. Mainly during my time as TC admin, I would say that my activity was around a 5 or a 6/10 and I struggled to get things done. A lot of this was due to irl things, but I will not get into this unless it’s needed. However, I will say that my activity has very much improved since then and I have worked on it. I’ve been frequently on time for rolling on one of TC’s rolling projects and adding projects to TC’s studio, for example. If for any reason my activity should drop or I think that I will struggle with things, I /will/ communicate this, though I genuinely do not see this happening anytime soon, if at all. ★ Why do you want to be a helper? ★ ❥• I want to become an admin helper for a multitude of different reasons, so I apologize if this gets lengthy! The biggest reason is that I enjoy helping people, genuinely. Being able to reach out to others to assist them in something makes me happy. Just interacting with others brings me a lot of joy and I adore this community and have always and still want to help it as much as I am able to. Whether that be through answering questions, accepting bios, rolling on projects, etc. When I had first joined TFCRP, I always felt a bit intimidated and nervous to ask things or contact admins. This isn’t an insult to the past admin team in the slightest, but just my own experience and observation on things being potentially nerve-racking for new members as they have a lot to learn about the roleplay. Being able to potentially be there to clear things up and welcome them in the community to help alleviate some of their worries or tension is something I would really love to do and was also one of my favorite things about being an admin in the past. I think that specifically applying for admin helper would be the best fit for me if I wish to help out TFCRP. As I’ve increased my activity lately, I’ve found that doing smaller, though of course important, pieces of work have been much easier for me to manage and have genuinely been very fun for me to do. Doing work to help out TFCRP or listing some ideas I have for things have made me really happy and I enjoy doing it. I know that work is not perfectly stress-free however, and I am well aware that I would need to put it in the work to do things. I am 100% willing to put effort and time into doing anything TFCRP related or a job that I may potentially be given. I miss being on the admin team and I want to properly contribute this time around to the roleplay. I’m incredibly fond of the team, and being able to potentially be there once more to help out this time would be something that I would take seriously and I would make sure that I would not repeat any of the same past mistakes that I’ve made. I would also make sure that I would properly communicate things constantly as that’s one of the most important parts of being on a team. Being able to be an admin helper for ShadowClan specifically is also one of my reasons. I really, really love ShadowClan, and I’m not saying that just for my application. I have really admired all the work that’s been put into ShadowClan and the different systems and aspects, such as the fighting culture, of it for a while. I am incredibly grateful that I’m able to have a cat in ShadowClan and I would love to be able to help out with this Clan. I think that it would also help me get a lot closer with the ShadowClan community which I have also really enjoyed for a long time. This Clan in general is something that I love and is something that I would love to help. ★ Thoughts on ShadowClan’s system ★ ❥• I am unsure if this is for ShadowClan as a whole or for the rolling systems on the boat. Either way, however, I like both of them! There is a lot of work and fun ideas put into both and I cannot think of any complaints I have with them as of now.
