This song is an anthem for self identity. It is about individuality, self-expression, and being proud of who you are. The song encourages us to beat to our own drum and to embrace our inner wild thing - an idea that holds a lot of meaning to me. So I reached out to Scratchers to help me make an animation. This is how they responded <3
This is the first MAP I have done on Scratch and I had so much fun hosting this! I am completely in awe of the animations created by all these Scratchers. It is obvious how much care and effort went into each part. You all are amazing! Thank you <333 I ran into a lot of problems when it came to the project size. So I had to get a little creative with things and ended up compressing down some of the images and changing a few things within the parts to make sure everyone's work could be included in the final project. So if you notice some minor changes to your part, this is why. I didn't change *too* much, so hopefully you won't even notice ^.^ (Because of this, though, I recommend checking out the individual parts on the animators profiles - that way you get the intended animation experience!) Also, one part was not complete on time so there is a 'filler' part. But, when I first started this MAP, it was my intention to share it today so I am :) Depending on how fast your computer/internet are, you may experience a little lag. But the parts are broken up into pieces so you should never be too far off from what you are supposed to be seeing. Also, I do not recommend full screen mode, as this will definitely cause the project to lag. Thanks and enjoy! <3 ==================MAP Animators===================== Intro: @ceebee Part 1: @jacko1234567 Part 2: @MasterTurtle7 Part 3: @-MarzBarz- Part 4: @Csoup Part 5: Part 6: Part 7: Part 8: Part 9: Part 10: Part 11: Part 12: Part 13: Part 14: Part 15: Part 16: filler Part 17: Part 18: Ending: Also, special shoutout to , who made a part but due to some miscommunication on my part is not included in MAP. But they are awesome, and certainly just as much apart of this project as the other animators :) =================Wild Things Enthusiasts=============== When I first shared the Wild Things MAP, it quickly became apparent to me that there were not enough parts to go around for everyone who was interested. But I didn't want that to stop anyone from expressing their inner wild thing. So I asked that people still remix and these amazing Scratchers responded: , , , , =====================Credits======================== Music: "Wild Things" [edited] by Alessia Cara Talking: Alessia Cara, pulled from the Wild Things music video Font: Moon Flower Artwork (by me): Made in Illustrator, inspired by the book "Where the Wild Things Are"
