This is my attempt at making an OS in scratch and I think it went really well( although its extremely buggy). Fullscreen is VERY highly recommended, and this project is not made for small screens. PLEASE DON'T REMIX WITHOUT MAKING SIGNIFICANT CHANGES! ALSO NO YOU CAN"T JUST BACKPACK THE CODE AND PUT IT IN A NON-REMIX PROJECT. If you do I WILL report it. Instructions: Wait a sec for it to load, once it loads you will be asked for a password. The password is 12345. Once you enter the password you can mess around with all sorts of apps, and if I decide to I will add even more. All current apps and how to use them are listed below. Calculator: This is a simple app. Because the windows are draggable I didn't find a simple way to make the buttons work, so when you click on the app it will ask you for a operation, first number, and a second number. Once you enter both you will be given the answer. Settings: This app allows you to change things about your PC. So far the only settings I have added are personalization. You can change the color made (light or dark) and change the wallpaper. Edge: A very minimal browser. Click on the search bar and select one of the websites. (as of right now there are only 2) The websites don't do anything. Files: Coming soon! Minecraft: A mockup of the Java Edition of Minecraft. I don't actually play java only bedrock so it may not look right. You can use the menus to open a world but the game is unplayable (for obvious reasons).

May 23, 2025 Update 1.1.0.2 Added the Minecraft app, minor bug fixes in the files app (which is still unfinished) Fixed bugs that occurred when opening chrome that caused other apps to open. May 24, 2025 Update 1.2.1.3 Added a new secret dev mode, but I won't tell you how too acess it. I might leave a hint in the notes somewhere. I also added music to the Minecraft app, as well as more bug fixes than I care to write out. May 25, 2025 Update1.3.1.4 Added a new timer app, minor bug fixes. May 26, 2025 Update 1.4.1.4 Added a notification system. Right now the only notification you can get is the timer up one from the clock app, but I will likely add more in the future. Notifications have an animation to match actual windows 11, these will likely be applied to the start menu to in the future. May 26, 2025 Update 1.5.6.5 second update today, and its a big one. Added a widget button to the left of the taskbar, opens the widget/news panel which as of right now only has one widget which is weather. Added animations to start and notifications, as well as making them slightly transparent. Fixed bugs with start menu. Changed the shape of the search bar to better match windows 11. Removed functionality of the search bar June 12, 2025 Update 1.6.6.5 Replaced google chrome with Microsoft edge, now looks more polished. December 14, 2025 Fixed a bug that would cause the "dismiss" button on a notification appear behind the notification and therefore be unclickable.
