As a manager, you have extra responsibilities to help keep this community safe, organized, and fun for everyone. Please read and follow the rules below carefully. ✅ Manager Responsibilities: • Help maintain a positive and friendly environment. • Enforce the rules fairly and respectfully. • Assist members with questions or concerns. • Keep the group organized by logging any necessary reports or actions. • Must reply to application requests and rank the members in the following format. (User: @example Rank: insert rank. Added to group? Yes/No) X Manager Rules: • Do not remove members without following the proper process. • Do not promote other members to manager without approval. • Only warn members if necessary and do so respectfully. • Log all major actions (warnings, removals, etc.) in the comments using the format below. • Do not abuse your role (e.g., deleting comments unfairly, changing the group’s purpose, or spamming). • Only use the comments for logging reports—all other comments will be deleted to keep things organized. Removal Request Format: (Only use this if a member is breaking rules and needs to be removed.) Username: (Scratch username of the person being reported) Reason for Removal: (Explain clearly why they are being removed) Evidence: (Provide links to rule-breaking behavior if possible) Warnings Given: (Did you warn them first? If so, how many times?) Final Decision: (Removing or giving a final warning?) Post this format in the comments so there is a record of all removals. ⚠️ Warning Format: (Use this if a member is breaking minor rules and needs a warning.) Username: (Scratch username of the person being warned) Reason for Warning: (Explain why they are being warned) Previous Warnings: (How many times have they been warned before?) Additional Notes: (Anything else relevant) Post this in the comments to keep track of warnings. Final Notes: • If you’re unsure about a decision, ask another manager before taking action. • The goal is to help the community, not control it. Be fair, kind, and respectful. • Abuse of manager privileges may result in removal from the role. • When ranking people, choose to group them in either LR (Kind Members) or MR (Kindness Crew- only applies to great applications!) not guest because that rank is preserved for visitors.
