This project features a working calculator for π. It's not infinite because Scratch cannot go that far, but it goes as far as Scratch can handle. Click on the text for a reading of Scratch's calculation of π.
The algorithm I used is the Nilakantha Series for estimating π, translated into Scratch by YouTuber The STEAMist. I am generally considered smart by those that know me personally, but The STEAMist is a lot smarter than I am, and he has some great Scratch tutorials, so I would recommend checking him out on YouTube. The background is a result of a complete coding oversight, but I thought it looked cool, so I kept it. Happy π Day!
