UPDATE I've recently become very tired of having to check Scratch. I love the people, love the purpose, but have other websites I'm more interested in sticking around for. I'm sorry but i'm done posting this series here. The series will continue but not on Scratch. If you still want to read the series check my DA. Rubel followed Sapphire nervously. The whole place was creepy. Nothing but black walls and red light,"Are you sure this is the right way?" "I've been here for months you'd think I'd have it figured out by now." "Um... Yes?" Sapphire laughed, a strange sound in this strange place. "How do you do it?" asked Rubel "Do what?" "Stay happy, stay calm, not want to murder everything, or drown yourself." Sapphire turned to face her, her usual smile slightly terrifying in the red glow,"And that, my friend, is why you are a fire elemental and I am a water." she turned back around and continued walking. That shut up Rubel for a while, actually it shut her up until they got to where Sapphire was going. Rubel gasped,"You!" "We've never even met and here you are talking as though you've always hated me." the shadow man smiled, his one good eye piercing into her's. "Ruby's told me enough stories!" "Ah Ruby... the Child of Fire, brings back memories of when we used to be friends." A exasperated "WHAT?!?!?!?" came from both Rubel and Sapphire. "Oh? Did I forget to mention to you my dearest that long ago before the both of us grew to greater things that, I, Viivotin was the Fire Child's friend?" Sapphire froze, her face contorted into fear and she trembled,"Vii... Viivo... Viivotin?" The shadow king stepped down from his throne and walked up to Sapphire,"Yes dearest, Viivotin. Lord of darkness, and mentor to Void." Now Sapphire wasn't the only on scared half to death, Rubel was crouching hands on her head, her pupils smaller then a tack head.
