characters: Senshu: Senshu means "player" in japanese! this is the main character. they/them. Teka: Name is a mix of Tea + Cat (with a k)! She is a cafe owner who specializes in tea (coffee is also an option). She/her Blurp: name is a mix of Blue + Purple. He's basically the "father figure". He's a fisher. Important to remember that he is plus sized !! Characters i haven't designed: Ori: name is short for Origami. based on Koba Neko. She owns an arts and crafts store. She/they Balkat: name is a mix of Black + Cat (with a K). based on Kawa Neko. He is Senshu's brother. He hasn't been seen in months... He/they basic plot info: - setting: they are (unknowingly) part of the files of a different game !! This is not to be utilized until late in the story. See "Notes and Credits" for real world inspiration. - plot summary: Senshu at first is attempting to find Balkat. Instead Senshu will find things that shouldn't exist in their world.
1st image is what im using as inspiration / fleshing out (with heavy alterations). those designs have not been touched by the creators since 2007 !! they were only found because they were in the files of Super Paper Mario (specifically the korean release)
