Weekly 2: Pt. 1: Writing Rules 1.1: Overuse When Mira woke up, she gazed at the flickering neon landscape around her. Buildings as big as kaijus surrounded the place that she lived in, and when she stepped outside to go to school, her school wasn't next to her humble abode. She gasped. She broke into a sweat, making the pits of her salmon-pink sweater dripping with salty liquid. She screamed, "Help!", into the endless lights of the city surrounding her. Soon, a girl with hair as blue as pure as a sapphire charged up to Mira. Mira gasped, because she has never seen a girl with hair as blue as this. The blue-haired individual stuck out her hand. She announced, "I'm Anzu, warrior and protector of the Chosen One." Mira took a step back. The Chosen One? They were kidding, right? She observed Anzu from top to bottom. She was wearing a turtleneck with the sleeves cut off, and sharp rings on her fists. She wore jet-black headphones with a neon glow around the sides of the ear parts. Her smile was as sharp and electric as her appearance. Anzu's face formed into a mouth as wide as the Sun, and her eyebrows have shot up as high as the stars. She screamed, "What are you wearing? You look like you're from the 21st century!" Mira stuck one eyebrow up. 21st century? She asked, "Aren't we all from the 21st century?" Anzu shook her head and glowered at her. She remarked, "Nuh uh. This is the 30th century, in a whole other universe."
1.2: Breaking the Rules Anzu took her to the Hyperwave Mall. Mira was being dragged harshly as Anzu excitedly skips along the sharp pavement. Mira sighed angrily, as her body was pushed. (Mira did not like this at all). Anzu looked at her with her bright orange orbs and said, "We're going to the mall to get new clothes." Mira was confused. Her clothes were fine! (But, when everyone else was looked at by Mira, she noticed that everyone else had cooler clothes than her.) VERY SMOL TIMESKIP They were at the mall. They went to one of the shops, the fancy brand Mirary. When Anzu was in the shop, she saw a VERY COOL jacket. It was cooler than a FRESH JAR OF SKIPPY. She put it on. Looked nice. Nicer than nice things. She said, "Anzu, can I buy it?" Anzu said, "Sure!" Anzu looked at the price tag, and she was shocked. An example of something extremely expensive is Designer Stuff. (By the way, Mirary is the Biggest Designer Brand of DELT4SCAPE) Anzu was exploding at this moment. Anzu still felt an obligation to buy it. Anzu bought it. Yay. Mira wore that jacket for the rest of the time she was there. OH NO THERE IS MOREEEEEE YEEEE After this, they encountered an EVIL SPIRIT. THIS is HORRIBLE. It was LITERALLY THE END of the WORLD. Luckily, they had a LIGHT RAIL, a MEDKIT, etc. (Light rails are ripoff lightsabers heheheeheheh) Beat it. They high fived crisply. This was the best day of their LIFEEEEEEE >:D (500 words) Part 2: When Anzu was pushed towards a possessed Rei, her eyes fogged up a little bit. She tried to move her limbs. No. NO! NO!!!!! She even resorted to putting her finger in her mouth. The most desperate thing she could do. H-huh? She… she… doesn't work at all. Anzu needed to run. Now. Run. But, she was stuck here. With the big blank black blank screen right in front of her. Anzu needed to run. More. That's what she's looking for. She started sweating, but she doesn't even know if she's sweating. All she knows is that she's stuck in this liminal darkness. She tried to say, "L-let me go! Please! SAVE! ME!", but all that came out was utter silence! U-uh… This wasn't something that she could break out of! Break! Run! But, she CAN'T! Uggghhh… So, she tried to lift her fist to escape from this hazy prison. It worked! It worked! She charged towards the exit, but something was blocking her. A strange man stood in front of her. You could barely make out his features. All she knew is, ENEMY. MUST. BE. DEFEATED. The strange man put his hand on Anzu's shoulder. Oh. Okay. Who cares about it? All there is to life is nothing. She sat there, contemplating her silly life. Who cares if she left the crew? Not worth it. Nothing was worth it anymore. Anzu cried and cried, and cried so much that her tears permeated the "floor". She sat there with this dark gray feeling, finally giving in for the first time.
