Nei was trying to make Pie for Pi day, when she found a little something...actually, a little someone. NEW OC INTRODUCTION??? Yeppers! So, as much as I love NamiNot, I find it kinda lazy to just have two Nei's running around, even if they have their own, unique, distinct personalities. So, I revisited an old OC I made when I was like...9? And well, here we are! Meet Celeste, a vessel inspired by one of my all-time favorite games called Hollow Knight! She's mute, but certainly has a personality that'll be touched on later. (also- originally, I was going to make a project using a...certain vector rig I made. It's in the code, if you're wondering.)
