"See inside" the project, and click on the cat sprite. The instructions of installing the Bounce block are in there.
THE BLOCK IS NOT PERFECT, I was just wanting to see how the backpack works, and decided that this was a good block to use. I could probably improve it, but this is something I whipped up in about 2 minutes.
