let me tell you what i wish i'd known when i was young and dreamed of glory you have no control who lives who dies who tells your story floatingpaw could feel the searing ache in his belly, the gash that the badger had torn open, more than they ever had before. it had been dulled to a quiet tinge after tangerinepaw had patched it up, but he felt it now as if it was the very same day the predators had attacked. worse, even. the pain of it made his head dizzy, their vision blurry, and the orange apprentice collapsed to the ground, breathing in quick gasps. it hurt so bad. this was pain like otie had never felt before. and when you're gone, who remembers your name who keeps your flame who tells your story? who tells your story? who tells your story? was this the end of him? they couldn't imagine ever recovering from this...but they couldn't die! not yet. he had to stay alive for tidepaw. oh, tides...pain gripped flo's heart almost as much as the pain of the badger wound. floatie was the only one tides had left. if they left, wish would be all alone...he couldn't do that to him. he couldn't. oh i can't wait to see you again it's only a matter of time but as otie felt the pain becoming so overwhelming that they could barely breathe...he thought about those they had lost early on. albatrossflight. kelpkit. he'd be with them again...they'd see them in starclan. his family, the ones dearest to him...he'd be with them again. and though leaving tidepaw was the worst thing they could ever imagine...flo promised to watch over them, guide void, do whatever he could to ensure its safety. and...they'd see each other someday, again, in starclan. where the whole family could be reunited...oh, floatie hadn't seen father and kelpie in so many moons... will they tell your story? who lives who dies who tells your story? he was nearing his end. their heart began to slow, vision began to darken. otie was on his way to starclan. his heart ached for the things they would leave behind...but felt full of love. joy. happiness...because they were leaving one thing behind for something else. the rest of their family. a never-ending paradise. a place where he would still watch over tides. flo's eyes closed for the final time. they took his final breath. at peace. will they tell your story? who lives who dies who tells your story?
i can't draw on scratch :sobs: rip good thumbnails
