I added part of the song that goes with this w.i.p also the frames are changing like that on purpose its supposed to be on. eat sorta especially the end which btw thats lilac in her magical girl form floating in the air the background should be pastel and starry and etc so yeah this is why you can animate rn we could probably just do this instead of the full version itll be more easier cause the songs 3 mins also when it shows her transformed some of the beat of the song should show parts the design before going full view (think back to he kokoro revolution video I showed you for this which Is an inspiration sorta)
