Recommended for use with Turbo Mode. Shift+Click green flag to toggle. Click and drag a point to move it. Click on a point to delete it. Click anywhere else to add a point at the mouse.
This curve algorithm is like the one by @gtoal, except with a slight tweak to the turning part. This is also much more compact and simpler. And yeah, I don't know how this got bombarded with loves and faves, but it's not good.
