The Enclave has 64,000 troops settling, surrounding and digging in. The Enclave wants to end the conflict, but, a message to the NCR "The Enclave is NOT here to help you, We simply want to capture the Legion, and we can settle on that. After this, Enclave members will go back to their duties. The Enclave may steam roll the Legion, but don't expect us to stop there. God Bless America."
