As an admin, it’s your job to review sign-ups, ensure they follow the rules, and keep the roleplay fair and organized. Follow this guide to make sure everything runs smoothly! ———— 1. Checking Sign-Ups Before accepting a character, go through this checklist: - Does the character follow the creation rules? (No overpowered stats, unrealistic designs, or rule-breaking elements.) - Are the stats correctly distributed? (No stat going over the limit, and total points adding up correctly.) - Does the personality match the stats? (For example, a cat with low charisma shouldn’t be described as super persuasive.) - Is the backstory realistic for the setting? (No far-fetched details that don’t fit the world of City of Strays.) - Are both codewords both hidden somewhere in the sentence? If everything checks out, approve the sign-up and notify storage by using this form: || Name, Age || HP || XP, Lvl || Strength, perception, speed, endurance, charisma || note that everyone starts with 0XP and at Lvl1 If something needs to be fixed, kindly let the roleplayer know what needs to be changed before approval. 2. Enforcing the Rules Admins must keep an eye on roleplay interactions to ensure everyone is playing fairly. Watch out for: - Metagaming : Using out-of-character knowledge to influence their cat’s actions unfairly. - Godmodding/Powerplaying : Controlling another player’s character without permission. - Breaking Roleplay Lore : If a character is acting in a way that doesn’t fit the setting (e.g., claiming they knew Twolegs personally). If someone is breaking the rules, give them a polite warning. If they continue, escalate it to the other staff members for further action. 3. Handling Disputes If two players have a disagreement, stay neutral and try to resolve it fairly. If things escalate, notify me, and I’ll deal with it. ————
