This is the monthly siren test of Forest County, which happens on the first Saturday of every month at 1:00. What is it with me and sirens with a red and gray paint job? I didn't realize just how many I've done like this until a little while into making it. I'm guessing it's a good contrast of colors. Name: William A. Box Iron Works Co. Duplex Chopper Port: 20 Alert time: 30 seconds (nothing else to say.) Tower height: 3 ft. (it's on a roof!) Other sirens heard: none Decibel Output: Unknown Location: On the roof of a fire department in a town somewhere in Forest County. Was recently repainted! Cool Facts: None of the sirens made by BoxCO. actually had the "Denver" at the beginning of their names, that was just added onto the name by enthusiasts because the company was based in Denver, Colorado!
Credits to Charlie Davidson on YouTube for the audio! Man, I'm lucky that I've been getting a lot of easy to make sirens for suggestions! ...Surely that won't change, right? Making a sky look good is hard. Also, not many updates on the project!
