Tansy was lonely. Too lonely. She walked across bleaker streets to reach the lab, pacing herself quietly. Her eyes heavied. But when she saw the tape, she knew. Tansy jumped atop stones and climbed up walls. *** When Tansy got to the cloning 101 door, it was locked, in frustration she yelled and cussed as as she rattled the door lock. Frustrated, she kicked it. The door swung open, partially in awe she walked in, trying to find the cloner. She took a piece of fur and put in. A tropical version of herself came out. "Darn thing. It failed. it was supposed to be exact!" She muttered. the tropical version waved and bounced to her. Tansy decided that clones were useless. She leapt for the door but as she approached the open door, TropicalTansy had followed the original Tansy. Tansy sighed and told off Tropical. As she walked out, and locked the door behind her, Tropical threw a temper tantrum. Tropical started screeching to get Tansy's (who was long gone) attention, "Why can't I come?" or "This isn't fair!!" But when TropicalTansy stopped, she realised Tansy's error. Tansy had left the piece of fur behind! Tropical, who wanted company, took hours replicating Tansy. She didn't mind the defects, she just wanted other cats to hang around! But, day after day as she repeated this process, Tropical grew tired of being passive. She wanted her army to evolve. *** Tansy woke up at 6am to her alarm beeping furiously. She smacked the clock and went for a walk. Having forgotten her usual route she slid near the lab. She gawked at it. "Forsaken place!" She hissed. Then, she felt the urge to set Tropical free, she had never known why, but, when she reached the lock at Cloning 101—Tropical chuckled. "Foolish you! I have a cloned army now, and one of them has rabies!" At the remark of rabies, Tansy backed up, but Tropical was too quick. TropicalTansy snatched Tansy into the room, starting to tell her /everything/. ---- thanks for reading all that! it was suuuper fun to write,, hope its not confusing!
