Update #2 - 5/14/2025: Hey guys, so there are some complications going on in real life that are preventing me from making any major progress with this, and I'm running out of time since school is about to end, and it will be my senior year. I will try to finish as much as I can, but if not, I'll just share the unfinished animation (and you can look inside to see the full design reference if you want). I'll try my best, and either way, you'll see Redefinement Update - 3/30/2025: Yep, I'm animating this. So, I'm redesigning the two main characters. I wanna give them a cooler style that looks more accurate to the world they live in. I also thought of tying their designs to be more in touch with their abilities, because their OG designs are way too simple and non-characteristic. I also wanted to redefine their bodies, since they made the characters look slimmer, which isn't what I wanted. Hiyana is meant to be more defined, since she worked her body out to master her lightning powers, but the jacket made her body look too skinny to fit that. Plus, as I've been writing the book, I came up with new ideas that would contribute to the science-fiction in my world. I wanna animate this, but that will take a lot of more work, and I don't know if I'll have enough time to get this done. Whatever happens, stick around, and prepare for redefinement.
