MERCY - Passes your turn in exchange for a 10% heal, and a 50% E regain. ---------EFFECTS---------- ATK - Boosts or nerfs your Attack DEF - Boosts or nerfs your Defense SPD - Boosts or nerfs your dodge chance MAX - Boosts or nerfs your max amount of the stat that's being effected. Anger - Gives the enemy that much more attack, but lowers their accuracy by that much.
