I’m sorry I’ve been inactive… but this time I have a real excuse! I’m giving up Scratch again for lent. And this is totally not just an excuse for being so inactive. No way….. TvT sorry again. Anyway, thank you all for still putting up with me… I am actually working on LR 18(?) -too lazy to check. So that’s an accomplishment! • Basically, lent is giving up something for 40 days to honor Jesus’s dying on the cross for us, and the time he spent in the wilderness fasting. (40 days and 40 nights.) it ends on Easter. It’s also just a healthy practice that you do once a year, and you learn about yourself as well! • Well, I’ve given up scratch, P1nterest, and coffee (except a tiny bit in the school day mornings because without it, I am exhausted. Maybe that’s a little hypocritical.. but it’s fine…. Right?) anyway, I feel like these things were hindering me and my ability to be productive. Scratch… is really the least of these, but it’s one less thing to distract me, so…. Coffee… I love it, but makes me so depressed and sad. I can’t drink it because I go down rabbit trails of depressing thoughts and feelings. This happens when I have too much, but I drink it a lot. lol whoops… P1nterest…. Whew. I can’t do anything productive if P1nterest is there to haunt me. It needed to go for at least 40 days. • I had a late start to lent. Maybe a few weeks after Ash Wednesday, but I felt guilty about not doing it, and I needed to tone down some things that were consuming my life. Anyway, I am already seeing differences. I’m happier, more Productive, and I spend more time with my family! I can’t say I’m spending more time with God, which is kinda the whole point, but I’m working on it, and as long as I’m working on it, I’m happy. • So, any of you who were not here last time I too a break for lent, I am active on Sundays. If you see me do something during the week, SCOLD ME. ❥• UPDATES: GUYS WE GOT MAINE COON KITTENS. THEY’RE NAMES ARE FREYA AND TILLY (MATILDA) AND I LOVE THEM TO DEATH. I added pictures in the project to look at their gorgeous faces!!! The gray one is Freya, and the tortie one is Tilly! EXPECT THE NEXT LR CHAPTER NEXT SUNDAY!
