S+ tier: - ohio (it's really good and odd shaped. bet you didn't know an O was hidden inside!) - new mexico (colours match the new mexican landscape very well) - texas (despite being a very blazing furnace of a state, lone star is cool) - minnesota (no words, it's good) S tier: - mississippi (it's cool) - utah (beehive state moment) - arizona (complex) A tier: - alabama (cool) - alaska (it's good) - south carolina (good, but could be standardised to prevent confusion with california) - tennessee (it's cool, but why the blue bar though) - rhode island (i like the sailing motif) B tier: - indiana (good, but can do with improvement) - hawaii (why is the union jack there, IT WASN'T EVEN PART OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE!) - maryland (complex, but cool) - virginia (it's good, but I think the outer seal should be removed with a motto at the bottom) C tier: - california ("republic". also that star looks too communist) - colorado (not as good as Ohio attempt to create a hidden letter) - north carolina (it's just too similar to texas) - missouri (BUSY SEAL ALERT!!!) - arkansas (good but they should've used the hocker flag) - iowa (french canadian pale, but there's an EAGLE!!!!!) - massachusetts (fun fact, it had a reverse version until 1971) - louisiana (good, but redesign it as a french tricolour with a fleur-de-lis pelican hybrid) - nevada (BATTLE BORN!!!!!)
