They can be from a fandom, OCs, whatever. As long as you follow the pallete(See inside the project). Try to keep it friendly enough so that a school principle can see it and call it school-friendly. Also try to match the animation w/ the lyrics. Max 4 sprites, but use as many backdrops as you need. No backdrop animating, though.
