➡️ Green flag ➡️ Click/tap ADULT SUPERVISION IS *HIGHLY* RECOMMENDED, AS YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE STOVE AND KNlVES!! Heyo! I’m CAT❤️! I am not a master sushi chef, but I think I can make decent sushi! (My family doesn’t like sushi except for my sister and she INSISTS that she make her own. So who am I to know?!) Welcome! Today we’ll learn the basics to the amazing art of making sushi! This seafood comes from the land of Japan, and today we’ll learn how to make the California style roll! (I think that's what it's called...) Why have the rice on the outside? --- The story I know goes like this: When sushi came to America, people didn’t like the look of the seaweed outside, resulting in them NOT trying it. Many places feared going out of business, so they put the rice on the outside, people seeing something they knew, tried and bought more sushi! I have no idea if the story is true, this is just what I’ve been told.
To get the rice on the outside of your sushi, after adding and smoothing out the rice on the Nori (seaweed), flip it over and add the stuff to the inside. Roll like normal, but it might not stick together as well, in which case you may need to wet the Nori to make it stick. ♫ Music: ♫ ➥ Oshi no Ko Season 2 - Opening FULL Fatal by GEMN ✎Photos: ✎ @CATS10760 {Please use with credit!}
