[I honestly need a lot more people for this role play in order to start it... or even start preparing for it. Hearting and staring = more people seeing it. More people seeing it = more role players. More RPers = Events and such hit harder =3] Howdy hey! Soooo! I’m thinking of starting an RP! =D But… like… this RP has SOOOOO many complicated concepts, it will most likely not start up until July or August or longer! I mean it, this role play has so many concepts =[ Now, lemme go plunge you into my idea! Major Idea: I am hoping to call this RP Sands of Time, because of its distinctive characteristic! SoT will be a role play that skips times! (And… will definitely not follow any events that happened in our history ha ha! [I’m being serious, though, it may sound that I’m joking, but I’m not =3]) This time skipping land takes place in a fantasy world far away from Earth, so, like… no. There will not be any Earth influence talking about history, events, and time line. So, being honest, I wanted to go through four different timelines, but I honestly don’t think there’s a lot in there… So we’ll probably only go through 2-3, plus an extra bonus at the end. I have decided that these timelines will be decided and voted on by the community and RPers. Characters/OCs: OCs will be a mix of humanoid animals and animals! Let me expand. So, basically, characters are humans with animal traits and a very significant ability… These creatures and shapes shift into their designated forms! Example: You encounter a humanoid creature with long, bunny like ears and a long, sandy colored tail. You’ve encountered a fennec fox hybrid! This person will have the ability to shapeshift into a fennec fox, but with a twist! You don’t have to be the size that the animal is biologically! Let’s say your character is a pretty tall person, so… 6’8. You can choose for your character to be 6’4 in length! (Feet, of course!) Just… be reasonable. Animal lengths have to stay within a reasonable range of a humanoid's actual height! (And must stay below the humans actual height) NPCs: A lot of major roles (like... accessories merchant, quest, wardens, achievements, etc) will be occupied by NPCs. Sometimes, there may even be secret NPCs that give special achievements or prizes for finding and/or interacting with them. Some roles may even start out with NPCs, and then transition to a new role player seen fit for the role. I dunno yet, the role play is still a huge WIP. NPCs That You May/Will Encounter: -Conk Voldemeir - One of the "Mascots" and main NPC -Knight Mackart - One of the "Mascots" and main NPC -Kiro Lackmenning (Last name may change) - Warden of D3ath and D3struction -Canary Rockwell - Warden of Life and Creation -Name Redacted - Secret NPC Roles: Roles are determined IRP and by a character's stats. Common roles (for the beginning of the RP) would be Hunter, Fighter, Guard, Villager, Juvenile, and Child. Roles that will require a certain stat level (and a little luck) [aka highranks] will be Chief, Commander, Healer, Forager, Messenger, Messenger Apprentice, Trader, and Trader Apprentice. (Yes, there are more highranks then common roles, but that's because common roles will/should have more people.) I will not elaborate on all the roles as there are so many! =D [ Chief ] Just the leader lol. [ Commander ] Second in charge and will presume the role as Chief after the current one oofs or steps down. [ Healer and Forager ] Medics. [ Hunter ] Considered closer to a highrank. Specifically people who are great hunters/have high hunting stats. [ Villager ] Can do all hunting, fighting, etc. Just a note! I may actually remove Hunter and fighter as they seem a little too forceful on people =[ Stats: You earn these as a child and juvenile. You gain points, which helps you with your outcomes in your stats. Stats are things like hunting, fighting, stealth, and defense. Healers and Foragers use healing, vision, fighting, and foraging. Achievements: Can be earned at any age, with any role! Achievements are meant to be fun, IRP treats to spice up the role play =] Achievements are also used to help show that you have access to some interesting concepts in the RP... like the secret NPC =O Achievements use quest that can help you gain cool titles, accessories, and more! =D (This... will be on a separate account from the actual role play -<-) Events: They will be a semi-constant thing, but also not. Mini events (such as limited accessories and that type of stuff) will come out every so often, while major events will only happen during time shifts. There will be a really cool (I hope lol) and big event coming out after the second/third time shift that involves the wardens and the afterlife and people in life participating and I am actually really excited for that event =3
Groups/Homes: There will be villages! For the beginning lol. Villages will have names and values for each individual place, and even some extra roles! Maybe I'll do a competition for that... =O (Cause... I want unique characteristics for each village! And my brain stopped at just working on this! =D) Welp!
