Personality: Adventurous, daring, boastful Occupation: None Backstory: Starry lives in a futuristic world. The government has lately been tracking the sudden apperances of Time-Dead zones. In these areas, time appears to stop, no past and no future. Though scientists have some proof that time only slows down A LOT, they haven't been able to provide the two most important answers: 1. Why the time-dead zones are appearing and 2. How they can be stopped. The government did some dirty research and managed to find a way to blame the Bulette family. When the government questioned the Bulettes, they came out with nothing. Of course, the family knew nothing about the zones, but the government didn't listen to them. The Bulettes had to hide from the government in fear of the imprisonment and torture that awaited them if they were caught. Strary was the only child of Oberon and Sarah Bulette. When both of his parents died, Starry was left to fend for himself in a dangerous world that was constantly changing. Other: -I need better art to do this-
