This model is to be used with Lesson Plan: 5-PS3 Energy Model This is a completed model demonstrating how a tree receives energy from the sun (and other matter from air and water) and that energy is transferred to animals to help them grow and move. A teacher can use this model as a reference guide or to show to students a completed model.
