Just something random. Honestly, when my mom told me to do something that she wants to do like, move to a different spot, or put something down, I often make one of these noises. Not to mention that when I was watching a scene of Garfield Gets Real, where Garfield threw Odie to the back seat when Nermal hops to the back seat to sit next to Odie, I imagine one of these sounds being heard.
