A second attempt at trying to make a video play on Scratch. I used ffpmeg which was downloaded with Homebrew in Terminal to extract jpg frames from my mp4s, but I had to compress and reduce its framerate to 5 - 15 FPS it due to the asset limit on Scratch. However this should be the most suitable method (at least one that I know of) for Scratch.
