Leaves scattered around with lemon flowers, lemon slices, and mini suns. Lemon slice ears and eyes. Spiral lemonade going down the bear, flowing out from the tail, and inside the head's teacup with ice cubes, lemonade slices, and bubbles! Yep I think that's it!
