After class, I used the invisibility charm again to walk to my dorm. I liked it better this way, the crowds gone, silence, peace. Once I got to my dorm, I picked up Saphire's food and poured it in his bowl. I felt like someone was staring at me. I turned around and saw Brandon staring at me, a little scared. Well, I probably looked like a floating food bag. " Don't worry," I said as I called of the invisibility charm. " It's just me." He relaxed. " You weren't in the room this morning..." He said a bit concerned. " Oh yeah... about that..." I told him everything about what happened with the tree, the crowds, Jacob. Brandon blinked a few times as if he was processing everything I had just said. Then he sighed. " You need to stop putting yourself in danger like that..." He said a bit sadly. " I know but..." I started. I didn't really know what to say. He took my hands and gazed into my eyes. " I don't know what I'd do if anything happened to you..." I could see he meant it. I smiled. " You have my word." I said blushing. Knowing that he cared about me made all of my problems fade away. I waved goodbye and headed off to my next class. Just as I entered the great hall, I tripped on something. I heard a laugh behind me. I knew EXACTLY who it was. " Amelia, did you have a nice TRIP?!" I got up and turned around to see Juliette and her girl group laughing at me. I just rolled my eyes and blinked back tears. Juliette smirked. " Did you REALLY think that I was your friend just because I stood up for you at the dance?!" She said with a scowl. " I did that because Jacob did it!" She snapped. Then she stared of into space and batted her eyelashes as if she was flirting with an imaginary Jacob. Juliette turned back at me and said, " Seriously Amelia, I don't know why EVERYONE likes you so much." I rolled my eyes. " I don't either! I WISH EVERYONE WOULD JUST FORGET ABOUT THAT!" I screamed. I stormed off into the library and slammed the dusty doors. I sank onto the floor and cried. I hated this. JUST FORGET IT PEOPLE! " ᗩᘻᘿᒪᓰᗩ..." a voice called. I looked around but I didn't see anyone. " ᗩᘻᘿᒪᓰᗩ..." " H-hello..?" I stammered. A light flickered in one of the isles. " ᗩᘻᘿᒪᓰᗩ, ᑢᓍᘻᘿ..." I walked towards the light. It was coming from a book... Memory Charms. " OƤᘿN..." I slowly opened the book as I heard the library doors open. " Amelia?" Avery called. It was Avery, Arina, Ava, and Brandon! The book started to spark, and the sparks flickered around me! They swirled around my head, and I felt dizzy. My legs failed as I fell to the ground. All my friends ran towards me, and they started saying something.
