Welcome! This is my second CC, the other one no one entered. RULES: (omg I am so sorry) 1. ONLY color the costume that says color here, IF YOU USE THE EXAMPLES YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. 2. No copying other peoples art, I mean, come on people, I don't want any petty squabbles in my cc. 3. no blood or gore, unless its a scar. Who wants to see a bloody Pikachu hugging a heart? Nobody! 4. ADD A BACKROUND FOR LUGIA'S SAKE! 5. take time on it. Don't just be like- paint bucket this... paint bucket that... DONE! well guess what? YOUR NOT DONE!! 6. Don't make big changes to the lineart please. 7. don't make it a broken heart-sad Pikachu thing please. When I look at the entrys, I want to see happy Pikachu. 8.
