In the Shields of the Stars there is no greater honer than be entombed in a dreadnaught. when a hero falls in battle or sometimes a battle brother that is deemed worth shall be entombed in a dreadnaught when this happens a celebration of their entombment will happen. once deployed on the battle field a dreadnaught is a becon of hope and glory to the Shields while also being able to kill countless enemy's of the Imperium. the same thing goes when a tech Marine is entombed in a special type of dreadnaught made for tech Marines to still do their sacred duties most of the dreadnaughts of the chapter are "techdreads" because 80% of the chapter is comprised of tech Marines.
