With the recent addition of my character bio page, I thought it would be nice to make an application template along with it too! So here you go- an application template that I just cooked up >:) (for the record this is NOT my other 200 followers special ok-) Don't expect this to be used that often because it is like not aesthetic and honestly very simple, but I like the format myself and I'll use it for personal use :) feel free to use it without asking, though- just don't delete the credits to me at the end!
