In this series, there are many magical creatures, and all of the ones who can cast spells and have powers they can control (all creature have magic, but only a few have actual powers) have a dark side of their personality, and when they get angry, or something triggers, their dark side takes control, and they act like a different person, some even having separate names for their dark side. The ones that are in complete control of their dark sides are called Angel Pures, which just means they have just been able to keep their soul's darkness to a small amount.
