SPS affects everything he does. no matter who he is around he knows what they are feeling and it hurts. unlike his sister, who doesn't feel anything, he feels too much. both hurt in a similar yet different way. this creates a strong bond between them. ╰┈➤ ϝυƚυɾҽ ιԃҽɳƚιƚყ [ʂҽxυαʅιƚყ, ρɾσɳσυɳʂ, ɠҽɳԃҽɾ] flickering flare feels comfortable in everything about him. his gender doesn't feel weird or uncomfortable to him. this leads him to believe he is cis and to use he/him pronouns. his sexuality on the otherhand brings too many difficult emotions. he feels attracted to everyone but his emotions affect it. this leads him to feel fraysexual. as he observed his interactions with people he felt attracted to, he realized he spent more time with male-alligned cats which led him to know that he is more attracted to the male-alligned cats. ╰┈➤ SPS ɾҽʂҽαɾƈԋ sensory processing sensitivity (SPS) is a personality trait characterized by increased sensitivity to both internal and external stimuli, including emotional and social cues, leading to deeper cognitive processing and heightened emotional reactivity. this doesn't have any negative affects besides making the person who has it more emotional and more reactive towards other's emotions. Along his back and sides, large, dark grey patches break up the otherwise pale hue of his coat, giving him a distinctive pattern that almost resembles splatters or abstract art. These patches appear to have an organic, irregular shape, like paint that has been carelessly flicked or dropped, but each one seems deliberate in its placement. What makes Flare especially unique are the star-shaped dots scattered across his body.
