Can this please be added, & may i play as the Cliopathians. After all, my at account needs an rp & since your starting one, why not join it? The planet of Cliopathia is small ocean-dominated planet that currently belongs to the Immortal Virellian Empire. Its oceans are populated by a mermaid-like species known as "Cliopathians", while the land is populated by humans. The planet was once independent, & was divided between 4 major clans. The Ice clan who controlled the poles, the Twilight Clan that controlled the deepest depths of the seas, the reef clan that managed the planet's "Super reefs" & then the Photic clan that populated the seas in between the other clans. They would all compete & rival each other, until the Photic clan developed space faring technology & used it to defeat & unify the other clans into a lose confederation. But one day, a a few thousand years ago..... A human colonist ship would crash land, introducing a new species to the planet. The humans would try to regain contact with their home world, but failed each time. They eventually excepted their fate & started developing a thriving civilization. But would soon come into conflict with the Confederacy. The Confederacy(eager to built a fleet of warships to expand farther into space) would begin strip-mining away the land, to create more living space for the Cliopathians & to use the metals & other mined resources to speed up development. But of course, the humans were not just going to let their homes sink away into the sea. They would fight, as they have no choice. If the Cliopathians destroyed every land mass, then the humans would have nowhere to go..... They would all parish. The wars would continue on for centuries, & little by little, the land masses of Clipathia got smaller & smaller. The Confederacy would constantly break its treaties & agreements with the humans & would grab more land. It continued....... Until..... A Virellian ship entered the planet's orbit. The humans would call for help against the Clipathians, & in exchange, offered the Empire the entire planet. After a little........ Gun boat diplomacy, the clans that made up the confederacy agreed to swear allegiance to the Eternal Queen, & to disband their armies & allow the Virellian Empire to hold bases on & around the planet. 1 year later, & the Empire announced its annexation of the entire planet. But no one really did anything about it, a few Clipathians protested being ruled by "Barbaric Air Breathers" but the annexation was met with no resistance due to no one willing to take up arms against the empire. Thousands of years would pass, & now the Virellian empire is facing its own "Times of Troubles", recent wars have resulted in the empire being invaded, & internal stability is going down due to the high war exhaustion. Many Cliopathians are starting to worry about if this "Immortal" empire is truly "immortal" & feel that it may be best to just leave & ditch the Empire before things get REALLY bad...... The Clipathian independence movement is picking up steam, but the humans on the planet grow fearful of it. They don't want the empire to fall apart, as it keeps them safe from the Cliopathians. But some Imperial officials fear that Cliopathia leaving the empire, might just create a domino effect that causes all the other none-human populated planets to secede......
