Don't be afraid to use references and even try to mimic your favorite artist's artstyles 8Q: How do you overcome art block? 8A: uh I fantasize about my finished product and that ends up giving me a ton of motivation. As for not knowing what to draw, I end up stepping away for a few days and doing other stuff 9Q: How long have you been an artist? 9A: Since I could hold a pencil. I used to draw on paper then upload to Ibis for my base drawings but now I've grown out of that 14Q: When doing digital art, what device do you use? 14A: Samsung Galaxy Tab. It's a few years old now so I might have to upgrade soon 15Q: What can you draw best? (Humans, animals, bugs etc.) 15A: anthros. My fav artists are Weezer, Thousand Foot Krutch, ONLAP, Fall Out Boy, Dragonforce, Sabaton, Skillet and a few others 19: How do you handle mistakes in your art? 19A: uh i cry about it and self-loathe /hj 20Q: If you could use only five supplies (traditional) for the rest of your life, what would they be? 20A: Sharpie pen, mechanical pencil, eraser, white-out pen, and printer paper 21Q: How often do you draw? 21A: I used to draw all the time, but now it's only a few days out of the week due to my job 22Q: How would you describe your style? 22A: anime? I use a cartooney style for my main sona but that's because I'm a goofy ahh goober 23Q: Have you ever done an animation meme? If so which one? 23A: I made my own Punk Tactics meme 24Q: Have you ever painted? Were you good at it? 24A: I've done a few acrylic paintings before and they were decent; I think I have examples in this project 25Q: If you had to create a piece of art using only one color, which one would you choose? 25A: Blue or black. I've made a few monochromatic pieces before in the style of manga so I'm a bit used to it 26Q: Are you able to do realism? 26A: eh not really. I've tried before but I always fail at faces. I'm decent with clothing/hair/fur though 27Q: What is the most challenging part of being an artist? 27A: trying to get better and living up to your own expectations. 28Q: (if you can draw animals) Whats is your favorite to draw? And what is an animal that is impossible to draw? 28A: I like drawing dragons the most; I don't think any are "impossible" to draw, but I'm not the best with birds 29Q: How many characters do you have? 29A: well over 300+. 30Q: At the end of the day, what do you hope people take away from your art? 30A: that I'm just trying to do my best lol.
