Although direct IDDTO occupation has been refused, they, along with the Pacific States and any other voluntary nation, can dispatch a force to Free Mexico in order to patrol the lands and quell unrest and militant/guerilla activity and act as a guard force to prevent invasion or exploitation of Mexico by outside powers while Mexico has the time to build up its military. They will also issue humanitarian aid to displaced Mexican citizens and invest in the reconstruction of Mexican buildings, cities and facilities. The following nations shall receive compensation in the form of war reparations (paid by the Pacific States on Mexico’s behalf): -Republic of Yovenia -Unificationist States of the Caribbean/Federation of San Pedro (+deported civilians return to the Caribbean) -United Provinces of Moldania -Sonoran Union -Chan Santa Cruz You are eligible to receive war reparations only if Mexico has directly harmed your nation; if you simply invaded for the sake of it, your nation will not receive compensation. If your nation was directly harmed by Mexico, please state so in the comments and you shall also receive a share of the war reparations. We request that a military and economic alliance is formed between Sonora, Free Mexico and Chan Santa Cruz. This alliance will further serve as a precaution to prevent exploitation of the newly-created Mexican states, and cater for economic co-operation by states within the area.
