You can call me Dawn though, as that is my name! Haiii everyone! So as you know now, I am applying for the CoGrp positions for the team! I am so excited to get this oppurtunity, and I hope to expand this roleplay and turn it into a Rp as lively and active as TFCRP *the four clans role play* anyways, let's get into it! Here is my application below; :) --[What I am applying for]-- Before we get into any detail, I do need to explain what positions I am going for. I would like the positions of; -The Growing Ruins Admin #2 -SteelClan deputy I would be satisfied with just one, but if I can only get one I would definetly prefer The Admin position! --[Why I want to join]-- I really want to join this roleplay because not only does it sound super exciting, it also has potential, unlike many roleplays. The difference in typical theme makes it more likely to succeed then most, which causes it to stand out to me, and gives me the reason to support it. And what better way to support this role play than join the admin team and give it 101% of my effort! --[Roleplay experience + Previous rps that would make me qualified]-- So by now I have roleplayed in four roleplays, actively am in one. I have roleplayed in TFCRP Riverclan + as a loner before, I have played in a small clan called FireClan, FlurryClan in generations, and I was actually the admin of Breezeclan in a roleplay hosted by @pets2024, but had to give it up a few months back due to other people's inactivity. I am experienced with leadership in general, including irl, so I think I would be a good pick for not only deputy, but an admin. --[General Form info]-- I don't really want to go into specifics for personal privacy, but I am 13+, a straight she/her, I like music, art, leadership, gaming *especially minecraft*, and sports. Strengths: -Confidence *usually* -Generous -Caring -Intelligent -Organized *usually* -Patient Weaknessess: -Stubborness *sometimes* -Defensive -Gulliable *also sometimes only I can usually catch it* Like I said before, I am qualified for this because I have not only been an admin, but have also participated in multiple roleplays across scratch --[How I Would deal with standardized issues]-- I know with roleplays and in general, fights are bound to break out. If this happened in our specific roleplay, or just in A roleplay studio, I would try my best to calmly adress the situation, ask for the perspective of both sides, and decide wether both should recieve a warning, or further punishment. If the argument continues to escalate I will involve other admins/officals and more serious consequences will be issued. If the argument is light, I will just adress the problem and try to find a mutual solution, which usually simmers things down a bit. --[Codeword and other]-- i wonder why so many people argue over whether waffles or pancakes are better. It is extremly clear that it is pancakes, like why would you ever think that pancakes are a better breakfast food?! --[Other/Plans for this rp]-- As stated before, I truly do want to turn this into a thriving and growing rp, and this is definetly one I want to participate in.
