17/04/2026 - added the long-missing lose sound effect that i stole from pixibay, now i feel the sound effects are finally, like, done 19/01/2026 - added a freeze frame for when you die. not the best but i dont want to read my code again. i wanted to add a sound effect but im too lazy rn 06/04/2025 - added the bullet and player trails, looks 1000% cooler now, and also added the menu music ======== ULTRA HARD BOSS FIGHT TWO ======== the sequel to "ultra hard boss fight". weird white circle face is back for revenge. (don't mind the questionable sound effects, rework on the way maybe – altho i don't see anything so bad with the sound effects apart from one) boss has 20 hp – beat the boss – yeah (this boss has been playtested just so you don't go down in the comments saying phase two is impossible, just get good. also, the game gets considerably easy when you know what to do, i mastered this game in a day) == controls == - mouse to move - click to PARRY - (the white triple bar is how much parries you have. don't worry, it regens quick) == clarifications (because i realised i added way to many mechanics to this game) == - you have 1 hp – deal with it - his eye flashing is just an aesthetic feature, but a little glow/aura appearing on him actually has a meaning - when boss flashes yellow, it means he's going to attack (i was initially intending to make parriable and unparriable attacks, but by how hard phase two is i decided no) - when boss is on phase two you're not the only one who can parry anymore, as now the boss can parry YOUR parries. hahaha ain't that funny - a blue flash is the boss's parry if you couldn't tell - the boss's parry bar regens very slow if you didn't know, 10x slower than yours if you want the facts (because if it was as fast as yours you wouldn't be able to hit him once except if you did something above human capabilities) ================== credits ================== somewhat inspired by "Parry Ball" by @DaPerson2023 for the parry mechanic (although i kind of also thought of it myself but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) also somewhat inspired by ULTRAKILL for the eye flashes and the signals, but they're not exactly the same so also ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ music is "Mint (Intense)" from Super Bomb Survival (but i ripped the track from @FireMayro and his end screens) and the menu music is a scratch asset
