[] Travis and Connor Stoll, a grumpy Chinese Athena kid named Yi, Percy Jackson, Nico di Angelo, Leo Valdez (before death), + many more/almost everyone at camp knows her [] Ace Whitlock grew up with a father who drank, yelled, and hit. He hated her for being different—for the lights that flickered when she cried, for the shadows that moved when she was scared. Her mother, Hecate, was never there. Magic was the only thing Ace had, and even that felt like something to hide. She learned to hide everything: her bruises, her powers, her voice. She made herself small, quiet, obedient… invisible. The only thing she could control were cards—sleight-of-hand tricks she taught herself in the dark, whispering spells under her breath to make them float or glow. They made her feel powerful when everything else made her feel helpless. At twelve, during one of her father's worst nights, her magic lashed out—windows shattered, lights blew, and shadows crawled from the walls. He called her a monster. Then he left… and never came back.A week later, the monsters came instead—real ones. She barely survived. A satyr found her hiding in an alley, clutching her bloodied deck of cards. At Camp Half-Blood, she never talked about her past. She just laughed. She put on the jester hat. She became chaos—because at least chaos doesn’t hurt you for being yourself. Now, Jester is the mask she never takes off. Because it’s better to be feared, laughed at, or ignored… Than to be vulnerable ever again. [] I FORGOT TO SAY SHE WEARS A JESTER HAT xD [] HER SPECIAL MOVES AND STUFF ARE NEXT [] Joker’s Wild- She throws a Joker card that splits into glowing cards that float around her. They can arrange into a wall or protective circle. It's great for defense and stalling enemies, though it won't last forever as it chips at her energy. It also breaks apart if she moves too fast. Queen’s Gambit- A Queen card creates an illusion of the enemy’s worst fear or memory. It lasts for about 30 seconds or at most a minute or two. It is really scary, but she gets emotionally drained from using it too much. She tends not to use this card that much as using it weakens the happy facade she puts up. In short, she rarely uses it. Elemental Shuffle- Ace throws 3 random cards in a quick combo. Each one has a different effect: fire (burst of flame), ice (freezing or slowing), wind (knockback), thunder (electrical shock). She can only use each one once in a battle, and she needs to reenchant them afterwards. Cutting Deck- A sharp-edged card that slices through magical traps, weak spells, or illusions. Only works if her throw hits the target clean, and can't work on magic too divine or strong. Can also slice through some material objects. Double Draw-Ace throws a card and creates a shadow copy of herself. The double acts, looks, speaks, etc just like her. Lasts up to 15 seconds. It disappears if touched—perfect for playing pranks or making quick getaways. Curtain Call-She slams a glowing card to the ground. It vanishes and is replaced by a smoky, harmless and small but colorful and smells good and a haunting laugh emerges like an actual joker when she plays this card. And finally-Torn King. A King of Spades card Ace keeps hidden. It once belonged to her father—she found it on the night he left for good. She's never used it, but it is really dangerous and considered extremely dark magic and powerful. She does not use this at all (at least not yet ehehe). [] END
