Following the death of Megatron, Starscream takes command over the Decepticons just for it to go horribly wrong as Soundwave immediately goes to Earth and revive Megatron. Starscream and Shockwave try to stop Soundwave, but they arrive too late. Megatron wakes up with Bludgeon, Blitzwing, and Scrapper and then immediately retakes command. He takes Starscream with him as punishment. Then the Rescue Bots do their jobs. Heatwave and Prowl extinguish a fire, Streetwise fines a guy speeding, Blades gives supplies to people affected by an earthquake, and Optimus takes down a rampaging Demolisher.
