In our community, there's been a lot of controversies regarding copying art and stealing. However, I'm sure theres one thing we can all agree on, and it's that ai art can go burn in a hole. I've seen ai generated art take an uproar especially with the ghibli art trend going on (totally disrespecting Miyazaki’s hard and elegant work) and I'm so tired of it. People on yt have been doing this trend where they show their art improvement do defy ai so i decided to hop on and do it here to get the word around so if u want to also do this as it's a great way to reflect on ur improvement to ahead no credits needed! If u do it pls find the correct audio lmao I couldn't find it "I can't draw so ai art can do it for me" "I use ai because I don't know how to draw" Using ai for art is the same as cheating on a test. you're using a quicker way with no effort to get good results without revising or putting in hard work. I present like 80 smth costumes of my hard work to where I've gotten and it's probs way more than that aswl. U can't just take the easy way for art by using ai. Art makes u bring ur imaginations to life. it's more personal that way. Not having a robot being it to life for u. It's a really sketchy process, as I've used ai in projects at school where I need to find info and it just gets random stuff from the internet, so surley the art generated would be heavily referenced off other media randomly found, stealing and heavily referencing? (Eg the ghibli art drama) Please. Just make ur own art. It's a satisfying process u can reflect on. Ai art is the same stolen generated slop. Art done by people is far more realistic in its sense of mistakes and more personality. I hope seeing my art improvement has showed that for u. It's far from done and I'm missing a lot of parts bcs it just takes that long. But I have no regrets. I'm gonna keep working the hard right way, and u should too,or just don't do art at all because can u even call uself and "artist" if ur not even making it? Even if u think ur art is “bad”, we would rather see that. On an unrelated note this was kind of a nice way to celebrate 400 followers by looking through all my art even the deleted bad ones T0T I'm not afraid to show them bcs it's all part of the process. The process is never perfect. All 400 of my followers are hard earned and deserved. Ai art shouldn't be getting the slightest of positive attention. I think I'm done I wrote this rlly late on my old iPad which has rlly bad auto correct so pls ignore spelling and this isn't the best paragraph vocab and structure wise but wtv this ain't an English essay >;3 Sry if I sounded harsh but my point is pls draw ur own art and don't use ai art it's not worth it!
