Here's just a wholesome story that happened to me the other day. So, me and my parents were out running some errands, and we decided to just stop at a store to grab a couple of cheap items we needed. Idk, it was maybe only a few items, so my mom decided to pay in cash since it wasn't much. She was shifting through her wallet to find a 10 (it was 6.82 I think) then the nicest cashier I've ever met saw that. She said, "If you don't have the 82 cents, I can cover it." (yea, I know she assumed that we didn't have enough, but not the point) A WHOLE 82 CENTS! I've never seen a single retail worker cover any amount of money, let alone almost a whole dollar. She was just the nicest person I met that day - super polite, offered to cover the cost, and overall just really nice. Just a wholesome interaction I had and it may restore a bit of faith in humanity in you.
you gotta enjoy the little things in life. with all the bad stuff happening in the world these days, this was a well needed interaction. Idk, just a wholesome person I met enjoying her job. Hope ya'll have a good day!
