for @Dark_Phantom_Lord and the Quasar Imperium. This is a Shrapnel Handcannon (a handcannon that shoots out shrapnel shells). It is designed to be as lightweight as possible (so i could call it a handcannon which sounds cooler) with a perforated barrel. For those of you who don't know what shrapnel is, it is a type of artillery shell filled up with lots of metal shards, so when the shell hits the target and explodes, the shards come flying out resulting in... things I shouldn't talk about.
